Cancellations and Refunds Policy – Elite Occation

At Elite Occation, we value your participation and support for our events. As our services are related to event ticketing and stall bookings, we follow a strict cancellations and refunds policy as outlined below:

1. Ticket Purchases (Foodies / Attendees):
•All ticket sales are final.
Once a ticket is purchased for any event organized by Elite Occation, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.
•Transfer of Tickets:
In case a ticket holder is unable to attend, the ticket can be transferred to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.

2. Stall Bookings (Exhibitors):
•Stall bookings are considered confirmed only upon full payment.
•Cancellation by Exhibitor:
•Cancellations requested 30 days or more before the event date will receive 50% refund of the stall fee.
•Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
•Cancellation by Organizer (Elite Occation):
•In case the event is cancelled or postponed by us, exhibitors will be offered either a full refund or the option to carry forward the booking to a future event.

3. No-shows:
•Attendees or exhibitors who fail to attend the event without prior written notice will not be eligible for any refund.

4. Mode of Refund (if applicable):
•Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
